air-conditioned and comes equipped with a
telephone, full kitchen with a microwave
oven, dishwasher and washer/dryer. There
is a TV & VCR in the living room and
TVs in the bedrooms. Unit view not
guaranteed. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6
have 2 full baths, 1 king bed, 2 twin
beds and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC:
Max 8/Pri 6 have 2 full baths, 1 king
bed, 2 twin beds and 2 sleep sofas. No
pets allowed. US$100 security deposit at
check-in; VISA or MasterCard preferred.
Notify resort for arrivals after 6PM. A
car is necessary to enjoy the area. No
RVs, motor homes or camper trailers are
permitted on the property. Per the
Federal Endangered Species Act, no light
is allowed to be seen from the beach from
sunset to sunrise to protect nesting of
the sea turtles. There is up to a US$250
fine that can be charged. Due to
manufactor defects, some of the patio
doors to not open.
