include full size refrigerator with ice
maker, 2-burner stove, oven, microwave,
toaster oven, coffee maker, and some
cooking utensils. 1BR units OCC: Max
4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and a
sleep sofa. They are approx. 500 sq ft.
Each unit has a double wide whirlpool
tub, two TV's and a video player. All
1BR units have an ocean front balcony off
the living room. 2BR units OCC: Max
6/Pri 6 have 1 to 3 baths, with various
bed structures. Check-in is 4PM,
Check-out is 10AM. A credit card imprint
is required at check- in as a security
deposit. Unit view is not guaranteed and
unit upgrades are not possible. Parking
available for 1 car per unit only. To
fully enjoy the area a car is necessary.
No pets allowed. The resort does not
offer handicapped accessible units.
